Cancellation Conditions

The following cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation, reduction, shortening and no show of a hotel reservation:

Panorama Hotel Prague

Cancellations received	Cancellation fee
until 21 days before arrival:	full refund
from 20 till 7 days before arrival:	cancellation fee for the first night
less than 7 days before arrival incl. no show:	100% cancellation fee for each cancelled night

Barceló Occidental Prague

Cancellations received	Cancellation fee
until 1 day before arrival:	full refund
less than 1 day before arrival:	cancellation fee for the first night

Hotel Attic

In case of a no-show, the room will be kept for the guest until 12:00 (noon) of the day following the date of expected arrival; after that, the room will be released.

Hotel may ask for a guarantee of extras by credit card preauthorization or paying deposit.

Group reservations
